Richmond Hill has reached a deal with Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 905, leading to the end of a 19-day strike by 200 city workers.
Local President Katherine Grzejszczak said her members approved the deal, which makes gains for the workers, in a vote on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
